RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rescheduling is always our preferred option and we are more than welcome to accommodate you at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will not incur any cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to an event are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event are subject to a cancellation charge of the full deposit.
  • Cancellations made day of the event will be charged the full amount of the event.

PRIVACY POLICY:

STL Game Trailer is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with us as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

During your party, we may take pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on our Facebook page copy them to your files.  If you do not want us to take pictures or post them to the Facebook Page, please notify us prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

DAMAGES AND INJURY:

STL Game Trailer, or any of its employees, will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.  Additionally, STL Game Trailer reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the carelessness or willful damage by client’s guests.

STL Game Trailer or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries that occur in or around the trailer. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
